General
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.
Currently, we ship only within the U.S., Germany, and the U.K. International shipping options will be evaluated in the future.
You will receive an email with tracking details after your order has shipped.
To change or cancel your order, please email info@tumbleweedandleftturn.(mailto:info@tumbleweedandleftturn)shop promptly. We can assist you if your order has not been processed yet. Your order is processed immediately upon payment in accordance with our expedited services.
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Just click the number to follow your package on our tracking page and see the latest updates.
Other ways to track your order
You can also track your order directly from your Dashboard:
1. Go to the Orders section.
2. Open the fulfilled order you want to track.
3. Click See tracking.
This will take you to our tracking page,(https://help.printful.com/hc/en-us/articles/360021617060-What-s-the-order-tracking-page) where you’ll find all the shipment details in one place. This also includes links to the carrier tracking pages.
Note
If you’re using Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, or Squarespace, your customers will also see this tracking page instead of a carrier link.
Tracking international orders
When your order is shipped internationally, or even in some domestic cases, it might pass through more than one carrier. The shipping service that starts the journey may not be the one that delivers it to your door. This final delivery step is handled by what’s called a final-mile carrier.
For example, your order could be shipped with DHL or Asendia, but your local postal service (like USPS in the US or Royal Mail in the UK) might be the one to complete the delivery.
If your tracking link hasn’t updated in a while, it’s a good idea to look up the final-mile carrier’s tracking information. Sometimes, the original tracking page will show the name of the final carrier and include an extra tracking number with a link to their website.
If it doesn’t, you can still check tracking progress by entering your tracking number on third-party sites like:
• Parcelsapp
• 17track
• Postal Ninja
Note
These sites aren’t connected to us, but they can sometimes show more detailed updates from local carriers.
Still not seeing updates? Try entering the original tracking number on your country’s national postal service website. To find it, just search “your country + postal service” on Google (for example, “France postal service” to find La Poste).
Delivery updates
Tracking updates usually start appearing within 24 hours after your order is shipped. These updates come directly from the shipping carrier, and they may take a little longer to show if your order is handed off between carriers—especially for international shipments.
